TradeStation: The Proof is in the Platform

TradeStation is advanced platform for active day-traders. It appeals to traders who crave deeper analysis and substance–an audience that also happens to be weary of the overblown hype that tends to dominate the category, especially when it comes from platforms that lack the substance to back it up.

We decided to lampoon the category's turbocharged nonsense by creating two fictional brands with over-the-top spokesmen as foils for TradeStation's own affable, level-headed spokesmen.

The campaign brought a dramatic increase in traffic and subscribers, picked up a Silver Telly Award, and won a Gold for Integrated Campaign as well as Best of Show at the Financial Communications Society Portfolio Awards.
